You can create your account on Antarrashtriya by entering and verifying your mobile number. Click on "Create New Account" and fill up the form to create your Antarrashtriya account.
No, registration is not mandatory for placing an order. You can place order for a product as guest as well, but it advisable to the register with us to receive the offers and new product launch information.

Orders, Shipping & Tracking

To cancel your order you can tap on the option ‘Orders’ under the Accounts section. You can also cancel your order directly from the ‘Orders’ section.
We try to the deliver the product as soon as possible to make sure, customers receives the ordered product for their need , Customer can still check with our customer service team if they can receive the order faster.
To check the status of your ordered product you can select the ‘Orders’ option under Accounts or Orders section.
Couriers make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can't collect your order the first time. You can also track on Antarrashtriya website under orders tab.
As per company policy, a shipment can't be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

Antarrashtriya is an online marketplace platform that enables independent sellers to sell their products to buyers. The prices are solely decided by the sellers, and Antarrashtriya does not interfere in the same. There could be a possibility that the same product is sold by different sellers at different prices. Antarrashtriya rightfully fulfils all legal compliances of on-boarding multiple sellers on its forum as it is a marketplace platform.

Cancellation and Returns

No, sellers will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the seller's Returns Policy.
Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under 'change address' option which is available under ‘My order’ section
Visit My Orders to check the status of your replacement. In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other areas, the replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up.
You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:
  1. Log into your Antarrashtriya account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return or exchange
  4. Fill in the details and raise a return request Once you raise a request, you'll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund. You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the 'My Orders' section of your Antarrashtriya account.
A greyed out and disabled 'Cancel' button can mean any one of the following:
  1. The item has been delivered already
  2. OR
  3. The item is non-refundable (e.g. Gift Card)
Get refund in the same mode of payment you made on time of placing orders.
You can visit 'My Orders' to know the status of your refund. For orders cancelled before shipping, refunds are processed immediately. If the order has been shipped. Refund will be processed as soon as the courier service provider confirms the return of the item(s).

You can choose to pay for an order using any of the below methods:

You can choose to pay with any Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card issued in India.
No, currently we don’t have COD service.
Our Courier Partner doesn't have the COD option as of now; we shall start the COD Options Soon for our Customers
With credit card EMI option, you can choose to pay in easy instalments of 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, or 24 months, with credit cards
The 'Save Card' option lets you save your credit/debit cards on your Antarrashtriya account. This helps you complete your transactions in a quick and easy way.
You may choose the credit card or debit card option to pay during checkout and enter the details when prompted. You would need to keep your card number, expiry date, three digit CVV number ready, which you can find on your card. For added security, you'll get OTP from the bank you have to submit OTP for payment completion.
Yes, you can delete your saved cards at any given time.
